At the Golden Vanity, our purpose is to insure your experience exceeds your expectations. Below are our policies that will help our team be able to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our brand.

ARRIVAL

As courtesy to our service providers and other guest we do ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This will allow us to check you in and allow you to relax, enjoy a beverage and browse our location. In the case you are running behind for your reservation, we ask to please contact the Golden Vanity as soon as you are aware of your late status. This will allow your stylist to evaluate your reservation and plan accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your scheduled reservation, you may be asked to reschedule or modify said reservation.

BOOKINGS + CANCELLATIONS

For all appointment bookings it is required to have a credit card on file.

For all appointment bookings it is required to have a credit card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you do so 24 hours in advance. (In the instance we are not in the salon and you leave a voicemail we will take that into consideration as long as it is still before that 24 hours.) If it is less than 24 hours, you will be subject to forfeit 50% of your scheduled appointment total. All "no shows" will forfeit 100% of scheduled appointment total. This charge will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the appointment. (In the instance there is no card on file you will be responsible to pay the fee via invoice or before your next scheduled appointment.) After two late cancellations or no show appointments you will need to pay a 50% deposit for your future services.

CHILDREN

We happily accept young clients, however we do asks that any children not receiving a service remain supervised.

CELL PHONES

We ask that you silence your cellphones while receiving services as respect to the experience for other guests around you. 

RETURNS + SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Here at the Golden Vanity, we guarantee both our products and our services. In the case you are dissatisfied with retail you've purchased; you have 14 days from purchase date to exchange for a more fitting product. In the case we have not met your expectations with your services we would like to invite you back within 7 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment; we do not offer service refunds. For all adjustments you must call the Golden Vanity or reach out to your service provider directly.
