This position is best for someone who wants hands off management and complete control of their pricing and schedule without having to manage the extras like taxes, inventory, etc. This position is built around an average service goal instead of rent or required time in the salon & spa.
This position is only available to those experienced and ready to manage their business.
Schedule:
Stylists, estheticians or massage therapists have a styling chair/spa bed to fill for a set schedule. They manage all appointments and communications with guests with the assistance of our guest service staff. Employees are not required to be in the building when their schedules are not full, because this position is built around a weekly service goal agreement.
Pricing + Pay:
The Golden Vanity assists in helping build out your personalized service menu and pricing. Employees are W-2 employees.
Golden Vanity Support:
Stylists, estheticians and massage therapists are in charge of their success in their career, with as much or as little support from the Golden Vanity as desired. All school interns and apprenticeship program employees are not expected to assist other employees one-on-one, but will be available when necessary. The Golden Vanity handles all inventory, taxes, and payroll.
